As someone suffering with depression and anxiety for many years, I have found it extremely hard to be proactive in my mental health journey, But after watching this TEDtalk, everything changed.
I took a month and some change off from blogging to reevaluate my place in the blogging community. I learned a lot and now I’m ready to go full force… At my own pace.
Why should wait until we’re ready, until we’re “perfect”… To start pursuing the things we want? I’m sorry, but I think that’s bullshit. Here’s why.
