As someone suffering with depression and anxiety for many years, I have found it extremely hard to be proactive in my mental health journey, But after watching this TEDtalk, everything changed.
I took a month and some change off from blogging to reevaluate my place in the blogging community. I learned a lot and now I’m ready to go full force… At my own pace.

At times you’re going to feel like some thing is wrong with you for feeling down all the time. But there’s nothing wrong with not being okay.
I was recently nominated for the Sunshine Blogger Award by another wonderful blogger friend of mine and this is my post for my nomination!
Everyone’s journey is different. And we will be successful in each one.
Although my writer’s wall (way more than a block) hasn’t completely vanished, I still gathered a lot of strength to write this post today.
