I took a month and some change off from blogging to reevaluate my place in the blogging community. I learned a lot and now I’m ready to go full force… At my own pace.
It’s a new year! So that means new goals, so let’s discuss ways in which we can keep the motivation to achieve them.
V is for.
First article in my new segment “Sunday Talk” is up. Today we’re talking about Self-Compassion.
It’s exam season and I, although I’m not in school at the moment, could feel the anxiety and stress in the air. I’m writing this post to bring you guys back to Earth and give you a sense of peace and togetherness.
It’s okay to rest. I’ve constantly listened to the people around me that have told me otherwise. It’s time to forget that and listen to your body and your mind. Do not ignore pain, it is no longer your best at this point.
Distractions are going to come Whether we like it or not. Some days we’re going to be thrown off course. But never forget that what happens today, doesn’t have to affect what happens tomorrow.
Forget the voices in your head. Forget the demands of those around you. You’re not running out of time.
