As someone suffering with depression and anxiety for many years, I have found it extremely hard to be proactive in my mental health journey, But after watching this TEDtalk, everything changed.
I took a month and some change off from blogging to reevaluate my place in the blogging community. I learned a lot and now I’m ready to go full force… At my own pace.
It’s a new year! So that means new goals, so let’s discuss ways in which we can keep the motivation to achieve them.
It’s the end of yet another year. Lots of mixed emotions are running around. This is just a short 2018 Wrap Up with some lessons I’ve learnt and wish to pass on to you.
